The ‘idea man’ of the shop, John is always starting a new project or scheme. But his big dreams and big heart get him in trouble with Daniel, who wants John to focus on his craft. Although Daniel has been John’s mentor for his entire hairstyling career, John has built a reputation for being one of the city’s best “line carvers” (i.e. shaving intricate designs into people’s hair). He may look like the biggest and baddest of the crew, but he is really the sweetest of them all.
